All our beer is handcrafted onsite in our open space micro-brewery

Here at Canyon Brew we believe that good beer is best served fresh and shared with friends.

We’ve worked hard to create an open, on display brewery so you can watch our award-winning beer being brewed live. With four regular brews and two rotating seasonally, our hand- crafted beers strike the perfect balance between easy drinking and interesting flavours.

Our refined brewing process lets the ingredients shine to provide a refreshing beverage experience for everybody. We make approachable beers that are memorable. We pay close attention to detail throughout the brewing process, from paddock to pint, to ensure our brews are of outstanding quality.

My brewing style focuses on quality and consistency; creating clean and accessible beers that are defect-free and taste the same from batch to batch.
